Curasept mouthwashes also contain a patented, clinically tested Anti Discolouration System (ADS). This ADS drastically reduces the appearance of brown-yellow spots that can be formed on the teeth due to chlorhexidine.

Curasept ADS DNA 205 is a chlorhexidine mouthwash without any of the side effects that traditional Chlorhexidine mouthwashes have. It also contains 0.05% Sodium Fluoride. The Curasept ADS range minimises staining with its clinically proven special ADS. Chlorhexidine prevents the formation and build-up of plaque on teeth, which helps prevent inflammation of the gums as well as is active against various bacteria, viruses, bacterial spores, and fungi. It kills the micro-organisms associated with different mouth and throat infections and other common conditions in the mouth.
